This project commenced on a pristine 15-acre canvas, predominantly cleared at its center, adorned with a lush perimeter of dense trees. Our foremost objective was to seamlessly integrate the home’s design with the sweeping vistas of the gentle hillside. Inspired by a traditional farmhouse aesthetic, we envisioned a modern twist achieved through the strategic use of bold yet tranquil exterior materials. The main exterior wood, elegantly stained in black, establishes a striking foundation. Contrasting this, the exterior porches and overhangs gracefully unveil a complementary wood stain finish. Moving through the residence, interior views unfold, intricately layered with covered exterior porches and breezeways, infusing visual intrigue into these spaces. While maintaining a spacious and inviting atmosphere within each area, our commitment to efficiency and a compact footprint ensures not only a cozy ambiance but also contributes to a more economical construction process.
